Toni is an ABL Operations and Risk specialist, having spent 25 years in the ABL industry, for major independents and bank owned factors. The last 15 years have been spent at Director level at Bibby and Barclays Bank managing group or divisional risk portfolios.
Toni explains "I am a driven Receivables Finance professional with many years of experience under my belt. I pride myself on being self-motivated, with a real desire to succeed, which is enhanced and delivered through my straight talking no nonsense approach to all aspects of my life and business role, facilitating quick decision making and well-structured facilities for our clients. Reward comes from seeing others succeed in the work place and clients flourish from our unique product offering and deal structuring."
Main responsibilities include business efficiency, business strategy, growth and development. Toni enjoys fabulous holidays, long walks with her dog but above all spending time with great family and friends.
Nicki compliments Pulse with a wealth of experience in Operations. Nicki has held senior roles at both Bank owned and independent factors, using this experience to strengthen and compliment the Pulse Executive Team as Operations Director. Nicki has day to day responsibility for client relations and Pulse Risk management, balancing the two in the delivery of a first class service.
Nicki has a keen internal interest in staff training and development, and understanding how to maximise efficiency through continual monitoring and assessment of both individual and team performance.
Outside of work Nicki enjoys family life including spending time with her daughters and granddaughter, the latter of which keeps her on her toes. She also enjoys (if that’s the right word) exercise classes in the infinite battle to remain fit.
Brit completes the team of Directors at Pulse, heading up the Sales Team. Following a successful rugby playing career, Brit entered the printing solutions industry operating as a sales broker to the commercial markets, running a national sales team of 15. Following this Brit moved into financial sales and structuring and has spent the past 19 years placing deals into the Asset Based Lending sector completing over 500 deals during this time. Throughout this period he has gained extensive 'hands-on' knowledge of company restructuring and financing. A key reason for joining the team at Pulse was his first-hand experience of placing business with Pulse and their speed and tenacity to succeed.
