She has worked for both bank and independent firms including Close Invoice Finance and Aldermore before joining Pulse Cashflow in 2014. Her strengths lie in the development and leadership of strong client focused teams who are passionate about delivering excellence in client service whilst delivering flexible, transparent and responsible funding to her clients. Nicki held the role of Operations Director at Pulse for a decade and now in her role as Business Support Analyst, she completes the core team who utilise her experience on an advisory basis as they continue to deliver a growth strategy.
